How to stop the forum e-mail SPAMM.

I heard some complaints about your mail box being spammed with a notification mail that somebody replied in the topic you also posted in.
It's very easy for you to turn this off if you want.
When you login you should go to your profile and then to preferences.
Then disable these 2 options.
Always notify me of replies :
YesNo
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.
Notify by mail when a new message has arrived in your in-box :
YesNo
And you won't get spammed anymore.
